Spring Break Projects
What: This is an opportunity for students to spend six days partnering with established churches, church plants, and mercy and compassion ministries to engage their communities. Students will participate in panel and round table discussions involving ministry practitioners who are on the front lines of pushing back darkness. Practical ministry experiences throughout the week will allow them to apply what they have learned. Corporate worship will challenge the students to discover how they can begin to live out their lives on mission in the city and when they return home.
When: March 10-15
What: Join us in partnering with Send Relief to serve the people of Immokalee affected by Hurricane Irma. As you can imagine, response to the needs of people in Florida will not take days or weeks; it will take months and years. That's why we need you! This Spring Break you can support the relief efforts in an area impacted by a natural disaster. GenSend Breaks are the perfect opportunity to gather a team and make a big impact in a short period of time.
When: March 10-16
Cost: $150 (scholarships available)
What: In the summer of 2018, hundreds of college students will gather in Dallas to take part in For Dallas. They will be immersed in an experience of life and ministry within the city. Walking alongside church planters and local churches, participants will learn to identify and meet physical and spiritual needs of residents through church planting skills, methods and strategies. Most importantly, they will be challenged to leverage their lives for the gospel by living life on mission.
